These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and 1rm88 ("the Company", "1rm88", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the 1rm88 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming, wagering, and financial services accessible at https://1rm88.cam and any of its subdomains or successor URLs.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing any wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users accessing 1rm88 from Malaysia, including players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other localities across the country. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the 1rm88 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration and use of the 1rm88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 1rm88 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in line with internationally accepted responsible gambling standards. Providing a false date of birth or fraudulently representing your age is a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another individual, group, or legal entity is not permitted.
• You must register only one Account. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 1rm88 reserves the right to close all related accounts and confiscate any associated balances.
• You must not be classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or be subject to sanctions, embargoes, or other regulatory restrictions that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from 1rm88 or had your account closed for breach of these Terms, unless a formal reinstatement has been granted by 1rm88.
• You must access the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

To access betting and gaming services on 1rm88, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number, email address, and preferred payment method details.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registered information throughout the life of your Account. Any change in your personal details — including email address, phone number, or bank account details — must be updated promptly via the Account Settings page or by contacting customer support. 1rm88 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect registered information.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 1rm88 will not be liable for losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact 1rm88 support immediately.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Only one Account is permitted per individual. If a player is found to have opened multiple accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses, names, or payment methods were used — all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, all bonuses voided, and the net withdrawal position may be subject to review.

1rm88 is obligated to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all accounts as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations. By registering an Account, you agree to comply with all KYC requests made by 1rm88.

5.1 Required Documentation

For standard KYC verification, the following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or current passport showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Payment Method Verification: A screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, to confirm ownership.

5.2 Verification Timelines

1rm88 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 30 minutes during business hours. Complex cases may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the KYC process is completed to 1rm88's satisfaction. 1rm88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

All financial transactions on 1rm88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Malaysian bank transfers via FPX: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong
• DuitNow instant bank transfer
• E-wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. For most e-wallets and bank transfers, the minimum deposit is RM30. For promotional offers, higher minimums may apply as specified in the individual promotion's Terms.

6.2 Funds Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 1rm88 Account are legitimately owned by you and are free from any encumbrance or third-party claim. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

6.3 Cryptocurrency Deposits

Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. 1rm88 is not responsible for losses arising from cryptocurrency price volatility between the time of initiation and the time of confirmation. Transaction fees charged by the blockchain network are borne by the player.

Subject to the conditions set out in these Terms, players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds held in their 1rm88 Account at any time. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing any withdrawal.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be fully met before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits. Limits vary by VIP tier; see the Member Portal for your current limits.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the Account (matching name/ownership), subject to availability.

7.1 Processing Times

Expected processing times are as follows (from the time the withdrawal request is approved internally):

• Touch 'n Go eWallet / Boost / GrabPay: 5–30 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX: 10–60 minutes
• Maybank / CIMB / Public Bank / Hong Leong: 1–3 business hours on weekdays
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/ETH/USDT/BNB): 15–60 minutes, subject to network congestion

These timeframes are indicative and may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume, public holidays, or banking system maintenance. 1rm88 will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or blockchain network conditions.

7.2 Withdrawal Rejection

1rm88 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) the Account is under security review; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided; (c) wagering requirements have not been satisfied; (d) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; or (e) the Account is subject to an open dispute.

1rm88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotional offer applies once per player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your Bonus Funds balance and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 7–30 days from credit date). Uncompleted bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports bets contribute based on odds conditions. Check individual promotion pages for contribution rates.
• Bonus winnings may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. This cap will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's Terms.

8.2 Abuse & Fraud

1rm88 employs technology and manual review processes to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting software, placing low-risk cover bets across multiple accounts, and exploiting software errors or loopholes. Where bonus abuse is identified, 1rm88 will void the relevant bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and may suspend or close the Account.

All bets and wagers placed on 1rm88 — whether on sports markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events), live casino tables, slots, crash games, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules:

9.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet or wager is considered accepted and binding only once a confirmation reference number has been issued by the 1rm88 system. Bets placed during system errors, connection interruptions, or periods of platform maintenance will be subject to review and may be voided at 1rm88's discretion where the system state cannot be reliably determined.

9.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all products and may vary by game, event, market type, and VIP tier. 1rm88 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual players or globally at any time.

9.3 Palpable Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing or odds error ("palpable error"), 1rm88 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return the stake to the player's Account, regardless of whether the wager has been settled. Winnings arising from palpable errors will not be paid out.

9.4 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction in any game or platform feature, 1rm88 will not be liable for any resulting losses or disputed outcomes. Where a malfunction can be identified and verified, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1rm88 platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per person.
• Using false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to circumvent odds or exploit system weaknesses.
• Accessing the platform for the purpose of exploiting glitches, software errors, or promotional conditions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to reverse transactions, charge back deposits, or dispute legitimate charges through your payment provider without first raising the matter with 1rm88 support.
• Using the platform if you have been placed under self-exclusion.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any person under the age of 21.

1rm88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling can become a source of harm rather than entertainment. The following tools are available to all registered players via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automated reminders that alert you when you have been logged in for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 6-month) or permanent exclusion from the platform. During the exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and all marketing communications will cease.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to receive periodic pop-up notifications during active gaming sessions showing time elapsed and net session result.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that your participation in gaming activities on 1rm88 is voluntary, for entertainment purposes, and funded from personal disposable income. 1rm88 reserves the right to impose responsible gambling restrictions on any Account where indicators of problem gambling are identified, regardless of whether the player has initiated a voluntary restriction.

All content on the 1rm88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "1rm88", logos, graphical design, website layout, written content, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1rm88 or its duly licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of 1rm88.

Any unauthorised use of 1rm88's intellectual property may result in legal action and/or Account termination. If you believe that any content on the 1rm88 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address set out in Section 17 (Contact Us).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1rm88's aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1rm88 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage;
• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service caused by factors outside 1rm88's reasonable control, including third-party service providers, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events;
• Delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or blockchain network conditions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 1rm88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other matter which cannot by law be excluded or limited.

14.1 Suspension by 1rm88

1rm88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the player has: breached these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct; or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 1rm88 will aim to communicate the nature of the review to the account holder within 5 business days, except where doing so would compromise the investigation.

14.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 1rm88 customer support. Before closing the Account, any outstanding Real Money Balance (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

1rm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 1rm88 will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to Account closures, bonus decisions, withdrawal processing, or game outcomes — shall first be submitted to 1rm88's internal dispute resolution process.

16.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute, you must first contact 1rm88 customer support with a clear description of the issue and supporting documentation. 1rm88 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, escalation options will be communicated to the player in writing.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
